About the Society

The Glam U Leadership Society is a selective leadership experience for high school juniors who are ready to grow beyond the classroom and make a meaningful impact in their communities and future careers. Members are challenged to discover their purpose, strengthen their confidence, and lead with integrity.

Our Purpose

As the premier leadership program of Glam U, the Society exists to prepare young women to lead lives of purpose. Through leadership development, mentorship, service, and sisterhood, the Society equips young women with the confidence, character, and skills to lead in college, their careers, and their communities.

Who is eligible to apply?

Glam U Leadership Society is designed for high school juniors who demonstrate leadership potential, a commitment to personal growth, and a desire to serve others.

How often does the Society meet?

Members participate in two leadership experiences each month throughout the program year (October - May), along with several signature events and special experiences.

Where will meetings be held?

Glam U Leadership Society meetings will be held on a local university campus to provide members with a collegiate leadership experience. Specific location will be shared with members and parents.

Is there a cost to participate?

Yes, an investment of only $595 will cover full participation and experiences. Members will have the option to pay in full or set up an affordable payment plan as low as $65/month. In addition, it will cover:
