For Girls Ages 9–12 | New Orleans, LA​

This summer, Glam U Fashion Academy is returning for year 2! We are so excited to create a fun, confidence-building experience designed especially for girls ages 9–12.

Our 4-week camp blends creativity, skill-building, and self-confidence through hands-on workshops in modeling, makeup education, and fashion styling — all in a safe, structured, and empowering environment.

CAMP DETAILS

General Details

  • Girls Ages 9-12

  • Location: New Orleans East (Full address provided upon registration)

  • Dates: June 1-26

  • Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Before care will be available.)

  • Camp Length: 4 Weeks

Tuition & Payment

  • Tuition: $600.00 ***Early Bird Rate Until April 3, 2026, Increases to $800 afterwards***

  • Deposit Required to Hold Spot: $150.00

  • Payment Plans Available

  • A detailed payment schedule will be provided upon registration.

  • Spots are limited and registration is first-come, first-served.

Our Camp Structure

Each week follows a balanced, engaging format:

  • Formal Lessons in Modeling, Makeup, and Styling

  • Skills Lab in each core area

  • Creative Application or Challenge

  • Daily Movement Breaks

  • Daily Confidence/Reflection Circles

  • Friday Team Challenge & Celebration

Safety & Supervision

Your child’s safety is our top priority.

  • Structured rotations and supervised transitions

  • Designated classrooms and outdoor space

  • Low staff-to-camper ratio

  • Daily hydration reminders and heat safety protocols

  • Clear behavior expectations

 

All activities are supervised by trained staff committed to creating a positive and supportive environment.

What to Bring

Campers should bring:

  • Water bottle

  • Comfortable clothes suitable for movement

  • Closed-toe shoes

  • Sunscreen

  • Packed lunch (We will provide daily snacks/hydration)

  • Positive attitude and willingness to try new things!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is makeup required?
No. All makeup instruction is beginner-friendly and optional. We focus on healthy skincare and age-appropriate techniques.

 

Is this camp only about fashion?
No. While modeling, makeup, and styling are our core areas, we focus heavily on confidence, teamwork, and personal growth.

 

Will there be outdoor time?
Yes. Campers will participate in structured outdoor movement and team activities daily (weather permitting).

What if my child has special needs or accommodations?
We encourage parents to share any relevant information during registration so we can best support your child.

​

Do campers need prior experience?

No prior modeling, makeup, or fashion experience is required. All lessons are beginner-friendly.
